Finally finished!:iconcheerplz: Been working on this on and off for around 6 months now.
My biggest drawing to date, and by far the most detailed also.
Since it's so big, I could'nt scan it, so sorry to say the quality on the photo is not the very best.
This is actually a private comission for a friend, but the mission was simply to make a drawing around these caracters from the Prince Valiant series. Apart from that, I had free hands to come up with what I wanted myself.
Being one of my personal favorite comic-book series as well, I really enjoyed seeing this one take shape.
Also a big thanks to my :iconbigheartplz::iconfloriaiglenoir::iconbigheartplz: for all the good help, constructive critiqe and very helpful hints along the process of making this drawing!:iconthesundiver:

The size is a bit bigger than A2, and that it took me a good 100+ hours to finish, is quite real.
Just hope it pays respect to the creator and the caracters of this wonderful series.
Tools were lots of pencils, mostly 9b, blendigstick, cottonballs, q-tip's, erasers, lots of coffee, mechanical pencils 0.3 and 0.7
For the brigde and the tree, I could'nt resist using a beautiful photo from :iconroswell-ivory:'s gallery for inspiration, taken by G. Haskew.
